We stand behind our work. This Refund Policy explains when you are eligible for a refund on your DelawareLLC.co order, what cannot be refunded, and how to request one. It forms part of our Terms of Service.
Money-back guarantee
If we are unable to file your Delaware LLC or submit your EIN application, you receive a full refund of the service fee. The guarantee covers the LLC filing and the EIN application performed by us.
Before work begins
If you cancel before we have started filing or incurred government fees on your behalf, you are eligible for a full refund of the service fee. Contact us as soon as possible so we can stop work before it begins.
After work has started
Once filing is underway, refunds are prorated to reflect work already completed and any government or partner fees already paid on your behalf. Services that have been fully delivered are not refundable.
What is not refundable
- Government filing fees once they have been paid to the State of Delaware or the IRS on your behalf.
- Third-party outcomes outside our control, such as a bank or payment processor declining your application, or processing delays at a government agency.
- Optional add-on services that have already been delivered, such as expedited filing, apostille, or ITIN preparation that is underway.
How to request a refund
Contact your specialist or reach us through our contact page with your order details and the reason for your request. We review requests promptly and let you know what you are eligible for.
Processing and method
Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take several business days for the refund to appear after we process it.
Chargebacks
If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us first — we want to make it right. Filing a chargeback before contacting us can delay resolution of your order.
